These Terms of Service provide that all disputes between you and SV.MBA will be resolved by BINDING ARBITRATION. YOU AGREE TO GIVE UP YOUR RIGHT TO GO TO COURT to assert or defend your rights under this contract (except for matters that may be taken to small claims court). Your rights will be determined by a NEUTRAL ARBITRATOR, NOT A JUDGE OR JURY, and your claims cannot be brought as a class action. Please review Section 15 below for the details regarding your agreement to arbitrate any disputes with SV.MBA. If any provision of these Terms of Use is invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

E-commerce/Store Terms By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority and have given us consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

Service-Level Agreement (SLA) We don't guarantee any SLA level, nor are we responsible for any losses due to downtime.

Security Regular server scans are conducted for malware and viruses. If malicious content is detected on your site, we might disable your service without prior notice. If unresolved in 15 days, we may terminate your account. Ensure your applications are malware-free, as we aren't liable for hacked sites due to insecure applications.

Suspension If you violate these terms or conduct illegal activities, your website may be suspended. We also honor DMCA requests, forwarding them to you for action within 7 business days. Non-compliance may result in suspension until resolved.

Suspension for Nonpayment Three email reminders will be sent in 15 days if payments are overdue. Services may be suspended after this, and we reserve the right to delete accounts post final termination notice.

General Conditions We reserve the right to deny service to anyone at any time. Content may be transferred unencrypted and might be changed to meet network requirements. Credit card data is always encrypted during transfer. Reproduction, duplication, or exploitation of the Service or any website content is prohibited without our written permission.
